McLaren Holdings Limited (“McLaren” or the “Group”) is rescheduling the publication of its 2022 Annual Results to 18 May 2023.
The retimed release of the annual results is due to the increased complexity of the year end reporting as a result of the ongoing recapitalisation process, the status of which remains unaffected.
Management and the Group’s auditors continue to work together to finalise the full-year results, at which time the Company will combine them with its Q1 2023 results, similar to last year.
